G1 soleniods
I have a 82 G1 and the solenoids are bad. They have six post each and there are two. Question is do I have to buy six post again? Hate sounding cheap but they are expensive. This cart is old and beat up just something for the kids to bomb around on in the yard. Any thoughts on a cheap fix would be great. Thanks

Re: G1 soleniods
Your cheapest alternative would be to get a "lever style" F&R commonly used for "series" type electric carts. A used one in decent shape would do fine. It would require longer cables & figuring out how to hook it up (a diagram for converting a series electric cart to reversing contactor relays may be a good "chinese blueprint", you are converting "the other direction"). Cheaper than new relays, but tricky to wire.
