No prob!!!

You should be able to see 30MPH easily.. My EZGO will hit 35 easily with the governor tightened up, but it will cruise all day at 25 MPH, at a leisurely 2800 RPM.. The torque of the 23 will really shine when you have to get that 6-seater rollin with a full load!!
