Dang it. Still no spart at the spart plug

Ok, I changed out the igniter and wala it worked. then about 2 minutes later it messed up again. tried again several hours later and it worked for about 10 seconds then it stopped working again. now I did notice the white with black wire which i think is the cut off switch is not screwed into the key switch, it was tied together and taped up with a blue wire. that seem strange, I will be checking that in the a.m.
