Default Tomberlin 2010 Emerge 500 dead no display

Turned on key and display flashed on and off then went off completely and Golf Cart wont move or do anything. Batteries fully charged. Checked voltage on both sides of Tow/Run switch 50+ volts. Check voltage at key switch no voltage, check voltage at accelerator pedal or parking brake no voltage. Controller flashes 1, 2 problem with throttle, which is correct since no voltage there. Checked Pin 2 on controller and 50+ volts so Charger Interlock is working. Is there some hidden diode or safety circuit that would prevent 50 volts from going to the key switch?

Found problem in corroded wire splice in Main Cable under driver where Accelerator Cable and Parking cable branch out. I splice open the Main Cable located the red 48 Volt power wire splice was corroded and the wires came apart in my hard when I tugged on the wire. I stripped and special low heat solder connector to fix the broken connection. Everything now works. See picture of how I fixed it.

That's a common issue. Many times water comes out of the jacket when you cut it open
