Keep blowing 2A fuses for the electronic pedal circuit

Hello, I am about to retire from the military and decided to do a project cart with my son. I have a PCX-955 and I gutted it and did a 48v conversion from ScottyB...I have the Alltrax 48600, sw202, heavy duty solenoid, 8 new 6vtrojans and upgraded the wiring to 1/0... I ran into a problem...hooked everything up and did a no load test on the jacks and all was good...went for a drive for about 4 blocks and she drove great and on the way back in the middle of driving the pedal did not respond...towed it back home and inspected...the 2A fuse for the pedal was blown...replaced and it blew immediately when the pedal was pressed. When ignition is turned on the controller gives me 3 green flashes and then goes solid green and I have 48v everywhere I should....I used all brand new wiring throughout so before I started ripping everything apart to triple check the wiring just wondering if anyone had any ideas?
