On my 95, I went with an Altrax XTC400DCS contoller, heavy duty solenoid, 2 gauge wires, and 20" tires. Running 36 volts. Works fantastic. Climbs hills in my resort with ease.

I'm going 48 volts in the little red coupe with old Marathon setup. I just ordered a 12/48 V 400 amp Altrax SR controller with fan. I will be having a PQ motor also installed. I'm hoping for 25MPH.

you never mentioned if your cart is lifted or the size of your tires....but you will need to go to 48v, either a 400 or 500 amp controller, SD solenoid (400a), HD F&R, 2 ga, cables, and possibly a high speed motor.

you can see in my sig.....I'm topping out at 30 mph
