Default Hole in the bottom of the gas tank

1995 gas club car got a hole in the bottom of the gas tank . can I get the tank out with removing the rear body ? if not how do I remove the rear body Thanks Jim

Well I think I got it fixed . What I did while I was putting on some diamond plate on the side rails I drilled into the gas tank . What I did to fix it, was put some metal between the tank and the side rail then I drilled a 3/4 inch hole so a screw with a washer would fit through the rail . Then I removed the metal and put the screw with the washer into the tank, slid the diamond plate back on . so far all is good no leaks . I will look before drilling from now on .....

We have at least 300 carts at the shop... So I changed it!! Trust me my uncle was not happy.

just pull the tank and either fiberglass it or some jb weld would work, just make sure you prep the surface good

i think they make some stuff to repair plastic tanks. you should be able to find it at your local autoparts store.
