I have 1998 club car gasser and I live in Western PA, for the winter I filled the gas tank full of gas and added Sea Foam for winterizing, is that stuff a good additive it says it is a good cleaner and all round good additive.

Is that true?

Never heard of that here in Dallas. If I need a fuel stabalizer, I will always use "Stabil".

At my dealership, I always add Stabil to every tank. Keeps the fuel fresh when the gas carts aren't moving in and out every day. Only 2oz / 5 gallons...

sea foam is good stuff. it is a stabilizer carb cleaner valve cleaner all in one. but i have heard of some on here using it and getting carbon stuck in the intake, then having to pull the head to "decarbon" the head, piston. due to it doing its job, but the engine getting the peices stuck in the head and the valve. i have it in mine, and i havent had any issues in 3 months. but i also have stable in it too.
