Default big block. go fast! do wheelies!?...

i have an 18 hp kohler ready to go into my cart. and it has a 1.125" (1-1/8")shaft. what clutch would you guys recommend putting on this thing to get some nice power...

ok was on CVtechs site and thats the clutch that tom is selling at cpp. i wanted that one.. but yeah not in the 1-1/8" setup... i have been trying to ask around and im not getting alot of help here.. so please anything would be great.. i need to get this project rolling.. like i need the parts ordered by the end of next week in order to meet my deadline.. so anything would be helpful.. thanks guys...

whats that clutch cost? he doesnt have it on his site... i heard tom is the man about all these clutches.. and i asked him for help and he didnt mention he had this clutch.. so i dont know if he really wants to sell it to me..

bummer.. what options do i have?...

i found this site for comet stuff.. http://www.gokartsupply.com/4044seri.htm

will the 44 series work for me.. the 40 only spins up to 3100rpm.. and the 44 doesn't say...

and would my stock driven clutch work with the 44...

its looking like my only choice right now..

unless someone knows of another choice...

you need at least a 94c for the 18hp. 18hp might not pull the front wheels on a carry all as you have a longer wheel base.
which 18hp?

i have a kohler magnum so the model is the M18S. i am getting to the point of just needing a clutch to make this thing ready for mounting the engine.. im at a stand still... and i was looking for the 94's and couldnt fine anywhere that had them...
