what to do....what to do....tough choice
I have a chance to buy an '08 TXT (DCS series) or '08 PDS stock 36 volts, my choice, for $2k http://www.capitalsalesfl.com/view/1...lm%20Harbor-FL , orrrrr,
an '06 CC Precedent 2 seater 48 volt from a different dealer, again at $2k (and I can no longer find the link on CL but it's compleely refurbed with new paint, stripped chassis, new batteries 2010..... Opinions? I'm torn between the two choices...... Oh, I'm going out to buy SOMETHING tomorrow morning, LOL..... |

they didn't make a dcs in o8, but they did make a series. what are you going to use it for? onroad, offroad it may make a difference. do a little more research before you jump on one.

No matter, I know the difference between a series motor system and a regen PDS system.....I know that if I opt for a PDS that I can disable the regen by inserting a jumper plug ("Freedom Chip"). As much as I can tell by reading all that I can on this forum is that the series is still preferred over the PDS for versatility in doing mods. I will only use on blacktop, local community roads.......Might do some mods, perhaps a lift and larger rims. |

I've read conflicting things about the PDS's mph in the stock configuration.... What is it? (Not that speed is all important to me but I would like to xruise along at say....15 mph++) I probably will opt for the PDS and pass the CC Precedent by...... |
