What??? There are 4 battery cable size wires on the F&R in 1996.
Do you have a DCS cart? Run/Tow switch on the controller cover? |

DCS Cart - Only 2 micro switches on the F&R switch. Add this to the list of crazy things......The cart was going forward all the time no matter which position the F & R was in. Moved it to reverse a few minutes ago and it went backwards........switched it to forward and it went forward.............switched back to reverse and it went FORWARD  When you move the f & r switch move forward to reverse the solenoid clicks. Email address is above for sending troubleshooting manual. I am wondering if it is in the controller but need to assure the wiring is correct first. Thanks |

Sounds like a bad controller to me. The directional change is done in the controller. I will send you the procedures and try to post them here for anybody else as well.

Thanks and got it fixed. The wiring was incorrect on the solenoid and had a wiring bad in the harness.
