Trojan batteries -VS- US battery
I have a 2006 Precedent and it's time to invest in batteries. I keep hearing Trojan this and that but this last week I camped at Disney World in Orlando and figured Disney has unlimited money and they usually buy the best of anything......lets see what they have for batteries in their Precedents. I found about half were factory Club Car Trojans and the other half were new US Battery's. My question is what is you opinions and experience with these two batteries?
On another note I'm debating to stay with the 4-12's or converting to the 6-8's. Money IS a factor and I do plan on keeping the cart for a long time. |

Re: Trojan batteries -VS- US battery
In my opinion, the 12V US battery is better than Trojan. In anything else such as an 8 or a 6 they seem to be about the same as far as dependability and longevity. I agree with ScottyB, the US battery is definitely more battery for the buck.
