![]() have been noticing that my g14 would stop pulling and you could smell and hear the belt slipping. well i installed a new belt with the same results. belt will start to slip. is there any adjustment to move the motor forward or something im overlooking?

![]() Check the rear clutch. A snap ring holds the spring seat away from rear end housing and they have been know to break. Check that and the spring itself. If that s the problem I would recommend getting a new sliding sleve and heavier spring to go back together.

![]() will check the stuff yall mentioned. but did notice when i took the old belt off it was reall easy to come off, i thought amybe it was scretched, but when i installed the new one it slid right one with no problem. like the motor is to far back.

![]() Where is the belt seating on the rear sleve, top middle or bottom?
Pull up on the belt and see how easy the rear sleve slides in . |

![]() checked motor mounts, clutch. both were fine. installed smaller yamaha belt. works perfect.
