2007 E-merge Fuse Locations - Lightning Damage

I am a recent owner of a well-kept Tomberlin.
While away from home, there was a lightning storm that came through and damaged items in my house, and my Tomberlin was plugged in/charging during the storm.

I hope it's not the controller, and am troubleshooting fuses. These are the only two fuses I see - a glass/buss type and a blade type. (See image below)

Everything works, except being able to travel forward/backward. All lights, horn, dash/odometer fuses function normally. I did notice the backup alarm now 'chirps' fast, whereas it was slower before. :-/

1.) Where are any additional fuses/fuse boxes located?

2.) With a power surge, is it likely the controller?

3.) What else would you recommend I check?

A few items I have since found / attempted to diagnose.

1.) I found a two fuses next to the controller:
---- a 250A bolt-on fuse that appears to be ok
---- NOTE: The image appears that it may be blown, but is clear all the way across - you are seeing a background reflection.
---- a 10A 500V ceramic fuse, but I do not know if it is bad

2.) What is the round item noted in the picture?

3.) The backup alarm beeps fast while *not* pushing the pedal. However, when pressing the pedal, it changes from beeping fast to a slow beep, as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuqQsflKKxY

4.) All lights/horn function normally.

Could it be possible that the controller is simply bad and should be replaced? If so, does anyone have recommendations who the best supplier/manufacturer is of the controller? I have attached a photo of the sticker on the side of the controller.

Chances are good the ceramic fuse is blown. You will need a meter set to continuity, or just stick another fuse in it.
Lightning strike may have damaged the charger, since you did say it was plugged in. You would have to bypass the green wire and see if the cart runs to rule that out, but its a simple check.
