![]() I have a 2010 Tomberlin E-merge 48volt cart that would not run. I repaired the following:
broken wire under drivers side from throttle replaced solenoid sent controller in for repair at flight system. the cart now runs forward and reverse, seems everything is working ok, but i get a throttle fault code. flashing light on controller and from handheld. any thoughts on what would be causing this? any help is greatly appreciated |

![]() Check theTPS, probably it's still the old version with the circuit board. Replace it with the new style sensor.

![]() while I was waiting on controller, I pulled pedal assembly and found the new style was installed. It looked like it was adjusted properly. any way to test it and see if it is still good.

![]() If i remember right, when i had replaced and calibrated the TPS, there was still a fault code 1,2 thrown by the controller. But no more issues with the cart.
