solenoid difference?

what is the difference between these two?

Good question.....

They are one of the forum sponsors, and I've had excellent transactions with them

Their website is probably using the same picture for 2 different solenoids. This is not uncommon.

I would recommend that you e-mail or call them. I'm sure that they can help you with your application.

that was my next step, but they have different part numbers and i was gonna see if some of the geniuses on here knew the difference. they dont have any information on either of them....that would help with identifying which one to get

I had the same problem when I wanted to order a HD F-R switch.

There were 2 that looked the same, but had different part numbers. I called them and received the answer I needed for my application.
