You couldn't find the dealer only because it's, well, dealers only. But, just for you BGW fans, at least to find the parts breakdowns and service procedures, I uploaded all manuals to the bgw site. Check www.buggiesgonewild.com/columbia-parcars All manuals from ancient days to 2000 are loaded for Columbia and Harley carts.

There really wasn't much if any change between 95 and 96, you could look at the 96-2000 manual.
