![]() Is motor there as rest can be made from available parts. Frame rust condition is most important? Price for complete cart?

![]() I do have the motor (36/48V - 2HP/2.7HP, works fine). I have taken off the wheels and lugs, so it's on blocks now. But it ran good but slow before I disassembled it. One of the rear drums appears to be welded onto the axle shaft so I don't think it is serviceable. But yes all the parts are available, I just bought it as a donor.
See the latest picture. For me, it is the value of the motor. I'll take $300 for it all, cart and motor. I would consider delivery in South Texas.
