Help with year identification
The serial number is 3B13039H4 I believe its a 74? It's a 3 wheeler with a steering wheel.

Does that serial number tell you anything else I tried to decode it on this site I found and only could figure the year

b=gas 13039=production number h=1970's 4=the year in the 70's |

Thank you kind sir. Have you seen these carts brought back from the dead. I was givin this one the motor is locked up but I have an 18 HP Honda to put in its place and to make it forward only who needs reverse lol.
