Default Need Help Identifying a Columbia ParCar

Hello, i'm working on repairing my buddies golf cart but need help identifying it. there is no tag with serial number anywhere on the cart. it takes mixed gas and the best my friend can recall it was in the 90's. it looks like the WHL9 or 10 carb as well..any help would be appreciated..The fuel pump is not as described as in other manuals on line here either..Thanks in advance..Yes it does say "Columbia ParCar" on the front..that's all i have to work with..

Can you post some pictures? That might help in identifying the cart.
Just a couple inside & out.
