![]() New to forum. I have an older Cushman Titan which I am told is the same as an EZGO. No vin plate or serial #.
36V system, has rocker switch and solenoids for the FNR. Bought it non-running. New batteries, tested at 38+V. New Curtis 1204 controller. Solenoid energizes correctly, and POT tests good. 37+ volts to controller input lugs. Voltage coming from controller output lugs varies from -1V to +1.6V depending on POT position. Motor: one of the motor posts (s2) show continuity to frame, and the s1 and s2 posts show no continuity to each other. Any guidance would be appreciated. I am thinking the motor is bad (stator shorted) and the new controller is bad as well. Last edited by remonroe; 05-21-2013 at 01:21 PM.. Reason: more info |
