Club Car DS Shocks
I have an '86 Club Car DS. It has a lift kit on it, but not sure the make of the kit. Is it likely that it has stock size shocks on it or an aftermarket size? One of my shocks is totally burnt out and I want to order a new set.
Thanks, Nate |

Re: Club Car DS Shocks
So you measured what you needed and then just went to the autoparts store? I was just hoping to order some club car ds shocks off the Internet but your saying I need a different size since its lifted?

Re: Club Car DS Shocks
I see there are a couple different types of shocks they have, which ones should I be looking at? OEMSpectrum, Monroe Matic or? Just want inexpensive shocks that work. Do they come with the bushings?

Re: Club Car DS Shocks
stock shocks would still bolt into my cart with lift. I chose to get Monroe shocks for my cart . but you could go to any of the site sponsors that sell shocks and get the same thing you had .

Re: Club Car DS Shocks
The Monroe 5753 shocks don't appear to have the correct mounting ends like the Monroe 31176 (3/8-16 stem in both ends).
