Ok guys... just an update. The cart still wont move forward or back. The small wire circuit has tested ok and i even switched pieces out in the circuit to be sure. I tested the solenoid. I have power at both sides of the big terminal with the resistor/diode removed. Stuck open?> Could this be my issue? I'm not the greatest with wiring and this is are work cart.... we walk 10 to 15 miles a day not having this thing working so any help is more than welcome. My legs hurt. haha

Lets go back to what the controller is reporting the problem is. You have reported 2 green and 6 red flashes when you try to go.
1. Is that correct? if yes this indicates a throttle signal problem as shown on page 28 of your owners manual.

2. Is the code consistent?
3. What is the battery pack voltage?
4. Does the solenoid click when you try to go?
5. Does the battery pack voltage do down when you try to move?

6. Have you opened the pedal box to check for water or moisture?
7. Have you inspected the wires from the pedal box to the controller for damage?
8. Have you opened the in line plug connector between the pedal and controller to check for corrosion?
Many people find replacing the plug with 4 butt connectors solves throttle issues with this cart.

1. Yes.. correct.
2. The code is not persistent. It gave me the code 3 different times and hasnt done it since.
3. 37.9v
4. Yes. Solenoid Clicks
5. No the voltage does not go down when i try to move. It stays exactly the same.
6. Yes I opened the the pedal box.... no water or moisture. Also switched in a different ITS that came off a running golf car and checked the micro switch.
7.Yes I have checked the wires.
8. There is no inline plug on this cart. It runs directly from the pedal box to the controller.

ScottyB placed a throttle troubleshooting guide in the Stickies. Try that for Alltrax controllers.

Have you considered taking the cart to court? I don't know how similar it is, but if it's anything like trying to get a non-paying renter to move, you have to take them to court.

----

Now for the real stuff,

Can you take pictures of your entire setup and post them here?
