Run tow has power or two or 4 depending on if in toe mode. I'm gonna double check again in the am.

If all 4 have power in run the switch should be good. Starting to sound like the controller has bought the farm

That's what I think. Hoping alltrax support will help me with some home test voltage wise so I can know. I need to fix this thing to sale as we got layed off due to Covid-19

If you have a stock controller you could put that in there just to test. May not like that motor but would at least tell you if that is it.

From the J1 voltage readings, I'm about 99.999% sure the XCT is bad.

You've got 50.1V on J1 Pin-6, so the reed switch, Run/Tow switch and keyswitch are passing voltage to the solenoid coil and the coil is intact.

Attached is a drawing showing the voltage paths through a stock PDS controller (Curtis 1206MX) and makes troubleshooting that plate of spaghetti a little easier. Alltrax modified the voltage path a bit when they did the XCT and the F/R switch no longer has to be in either F or R for the controller to power up.

In a nutshell, you need B+ on J1 Pins 4 & 5, Run/tow in Run and keyswitch ON to power up an XCT. That isn't happening, so the XCT is most likely bad.

So far still nothing. Alltrax very helpful but doing their test and the results have them stumped too. Are there any things like bad solenoid , haywire run/tow that would gender no power on controller.

I'll update as I hear more from alltrax. Still hunting a stock controller to test.

This is the test they had me try. And at this point they are still thinking what it may be. This was to test the board on xct. https://alltraxinc.com/wp-content/up...NT-CHECK-2.pdf
