07 txt alltrax controller no go
07 txt with sr alltrax 500a controller solenoid clicks cart doesn't move. status light flashes 1 green 6 red... says stuck solenoid. tested solenoid and its open without throttle input depress throttle pedal reads 10 ohms. pack voltage is 51v

10Ω is a lot of resistance for closed solenoid contacts. Ought to be about 0.001Ω or less.
With 10Ω of resistance the voltage drop across the solenoid contacts is going to be 10V per amp and if the voltage on the SR's B+ terminal differs from the voltage on the KSI input over 5V, the low voltage error is triggered. FWIW: The specs for the voltage drop across the closed contacts of my MZJ400 solenoid is 80 millivolts per 100A of current flow. That works out to 0.0008Ω of resistance. |
