Installation of Schwinn speedometer
I am new at this, so I hope I have done this right.
I heard that you can install an inexpensive bicycle speedometer from Schwin on a golf cart. I understand that it's accurate and easy to install. I would like to know where to buy it and are the instructions that come with it adequate to enable me to do the job? |

Re: Installation of Schwinn speedometer
You have to program your tire size to the speedometer when hooking these up to a bike and I don't think that you can program in a 8" size, so I don't think it would be an accurate speed?

Re: Installation of Schwinn speedometer
Another option for a speedo on any cart....... most any smart phone has a GPS & there are plenty of speedometer apps available for any Droid, Iphone or Blackberry. I use one called Ulysse Speedometer, and stick the phone in a cupholder. Done.
