I tried to adjust the tie rod and when I turn it, it's obviously bent. I wonder what else could be bent down there. If I've got to change out the tie rod (it appears to be the threaded part that's bent, not the female side), it would be nice to change out whatever else might be down there. And FYI, when I adjusted it, the tie rod started rubbing against the inside of the rim. Maybe that helps.
You've got a bent spindle if your tie rod end is rubbing the wheel. You've also got a bent drag link. Both are replaceable parts. The spindle is what's causing your issue but I would replace both.

Hey Tahoe, not seeing the drag link in the parts manual. Is it called something different for the 2006 Precedent?

Just put in new spindles on both sides and new drag link. Now the drivers side ball joint is rubbing the wheel and it's adjusted all the way in. Tried adjusting the camber but it made no difference. Brand new wheels on both though they look wobbly, like out of balance. But I tried multiple wheels on the drivers side and they all rub. I don't see anything bent under there but it's still hopping going down the road, just now it's scraping the whole time.

Open to suggestions at this point. Cheers.

I have 4 new wheels. 2 wheels from 1 place, 2 wheels from Club Car dealer. All rub. There's no clearance between the wheel and the tie rod end. On the passenger side, there's plenty. I'll try to include a couple of pics.
