Default 48 volt motor

I have found out that Shaffer nows is the manufactor for differential, and some one else handles parts. Anyway, does anyone know were i can get a rebuilt or new 48volt stock electric motor for my 2007 unit???? D&D wont sell me one but i understand they will rebuildone. Has anyone else heard that????
