Sure, you have to pull the engine, remove the clutch and crack open the crankcase. If you have the means, tools and ability to do that, you're good to go. If not, the shop would be a safer alternative.

I did everything and it turned out to be the connecting rod. My golfcart is running now:)

I would be careful. If the lack of lubrication was enough to seize up the con-rod bearing enough to bend or snap it, chances are there is some scoring on the crankshaft, the cylinder walls or other places.
