I found it. You guys were right - it's between the rear shock towers. I just rubbed the bar with my hand and it showed up. It's a J10-006177 so 1979! I'll post a pic later.

You can tell by how it is sitting in the secondary clutch. You might not notice a difference now but if you were to lift the cart with bigger tires having a new belt is a must. A new belt measures 1 3/16. The repair manual says to replace it at 1 inch.

Hey Field and CGTech; my belt is 1 1/8" wide. Do you think if i replaced it I would still see benefits? I also see a sticky to get a Dayco HP2016 belt I could get or should I stick with Yamaha parts?
