When I posted my answer I seen that Scotty had already answered it. The only thing I had different in my answer was that the fan is an option on the 400A.

Installed controller yesterday, had some programming issues at first with two codes, but once I programmed it, works like a champ....plenty of torque now and still does right at 27 MPH.

If someone here is familiar with the program, can the motor speed limiter be set higher than what is set to (4000 RPM) with a Bandit motor, or is the RPM limit in the program fixed and not to be messed with?

A few questions/remarks. I thought the BMS was only for Lithium Batteries. I see you went with a 300a Controller. Your Undervoltage looks like its set a little low. I've seen my battery voltage go lower than that under heavy load. And lastly 27mph @3000 rpm is pretty good. Do you have the speed limit turned off. Oh one more thing, you need to upgrade your software.

One more thing got me scratching my head. Why is your controller a year and a half old and programmed for a Yamaha G19?

The bandit is a stock motor. Safe rpm range is between 5000 and 6000. 5 being safer than 6

PS connect to the internet and reconnect with the controller. You will be prompted to upgrade your toolbox software and I suspect your controller as well. There could be some real torque benefits to upgrading

The picture was just for visual of program settings. I actually have a 400 amp controller, one of Scottys, and one of the initial issues was the unit set up for a Yamaha, since install, it has been corrected.

I will do an update and move the RPM limiter to 5000, thanks guys...
