1) 10.54 2016 battery. Installed yesterday and been through 2 charge cycles. 2) 10.84 2014 battery 3) 10.04 2011 battery. Came with cart. 4) 10.9 2011 battery. Came with cart. 5) 10.97 2016 battery. 6 months old approx. 6) 9.8 2011 battery. Came with cart. I was not sure which battery was called number 1 but my #1 was the battery that the positive lead goes to the motor and my #6 is the negative that goes to ground if that matters. |

Re: Batteries are still good after 5 years ??
In case you didn't know here are the voltages for the DPI.
The mode settings are mathematical algorithms that generate a charge curve based on the construction of the battery taking into account materials used, plate thicknesses, and capacities. I can give you the peak calibration voltages but I don’t think they will tell you much. Mode 1 61.6 Vdc Mode 2 57.2 Vdc Mode 3 57.6 Vdc Mode 4 58.4 Vdc As you can see they are lower than Trojan recommends. But with temp comp during the hot summer months 57.2 is alright. I will probably switch to Mode 4 for the winter. PS this was an email from DPI. |
