 but it looks almost like it was manufactured not home made ... wonder if is an old style anyway did i answer the question on the springs over axle ?? |

Its not homemade, if u look at parts list, that's legit club car. Well u did, its what i thought, but seems my kit wont work, guess its time to bust out the welder and make my own.

You can leave your "muffler support bar" mounted to the end rails of the engine cradle. That keeps the exhaust in place with the engine. The lower mounts of the shocks get turned sideways and relocated to the studs off of the plate that goes with the ubolt over top of the springs. See figure 9 of your kit's instructions. The cart in those pictures is a few years newer than yours and has a different engine, so different exhaust. The suspension, rear end and engine cradle are otherwise the same.

This is what I was thinking on fabricating. New top plate being square to accommodate the 2 u bolts
