Of course the charger is acting perfectly normal (45%f ambient )

Cart end is last to plug in after I let the charger stabilize a second. I think it’s a problem when under extreme freezing temps. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I went out and took the second video then unplugged it to start the cycle again and took first video.

Engineer asked that you use the battery pack and recharge to see if the problem resolves.

That’s not looking likely due to weather conditions. Seems that the charger works fine above 40% ,as of now I wait for the snow to melt.
