yeah dont underestimate that FE290
rebuild it clean it up, tune it up, and go to town. from reading on here does NOT seem like it takes a lot to get to 20-25. i am going with a small lift, bigger tires, and then maybe some fancy stuff |

Out of curiosity, has it really been determined that the engine NEEDS a rebuild? Smoking, low compression, etc? There are simple tricks to get more speed out of it if that's the only issue.
