Fuel in the filters means nothing, they rarely show gas at all...

I describe my fuel pump as bubbling, the gas just tends to bubble out in pulses, you shouldn't expect much more than that...

biggest problem with fuel pumps is a little brass screen on the front, sometimes gets covered in mud. Cracked fuel lines, are drooped pulse line.

Yeah i built a gasket using gasket material from AutoZone

Finally got some time tonight I got cart to idle but when I try to get a little more out of it she dies some times pops out the carb
Is it a carb adjustment? I’ll pull the plug and it’s black to much fuel right? It’s a new plug too that Napa crossed with the old one thanks

I started to fiddle with the adjustment screws I got it to run at a higher speed when I turned # 4 out a little bit(#4 screw in the diagrams in the sticky’s of the carb) I don’t think that one is to be adjustable

Pull the carb off and give it a good cleaning pull all the Jets out make sure they aren't plugged and use forced air to blow through all the carb passages the pilot jet #4 isn't adjustable it should be seated all the way down
