There have been many examples of both resister and solid state (original) Marathon carts in the '90-'93 range over the years on this forum.

As I recall the service manual that I had for a '91 had sections for both.

Good news guys I believe I found the problem and it is the new micro switch on the f/r switch! I tried a different switch and got 36 volts thru it to the other micro switch that operates off the peddle and solenoid kicked in and wheels turned! Much Thanks to everyone for the help you guys are great!!!!

I have a 1990 that is a solid state. I believe 1990 was the first year. Sorry I can't help on your issues!

I have to agree Goliath, all my reading says from 90-94 there is a chance for a resistor cart but Ezgo had went to solid state. I have a 91 and a 93 that are solid state. my 89 is a resistor cart.
