Default Hooking up Cig/Aux outlet?

Going on a 3 day golfing Mancation. 28 of us
The carts there are Electric. I want to hook up and cig/aux port to one of the batteries with alligator clamps so I can attach n remove quickly. Want to run a small clip on fan and maybe charge a phone.
Can I just attach it to any battery? I'm hoping I do not need a voltage reducer?
Any help greatly appreciated!! I own a Gasser.

It depends on the batteries. 6 and 12 volts are a no-brainers, 8 volts may work on the fan, but likely won't work for a USB charger, though I've never tried.

$50 for a one time trip, using rented buggies?

It could already be over.
