Wiring Diagram Cub Car

It has been awhile since the last time here. So here it goes.
SER.# A9415374848 Club Car (36v. w/ new batteries)
Nothing happens. May have changed batteries, WAY to long?

Is it possible for someone or somewhere where I can get a wiring diagram for this unit.

Luke, got your reply, TY, but I have no idea how to open it. Downloaded application, its like my cart cart, nothing happens. i am using a MAC could that be the problem

I found this when I was looking for a wiring diagram for my 94 DS. Yours should be the same. HTH

If his is 36v, it’s probably a resistor cart. Yours is a (probably 48v) controller. They are very different. Wait- did they do 48v in ‘94?

Mine is, or should I say was, definitely a 36V controller cart. Had a Curtis 1204-015 24-36V, 275A. My understanding is that CC only made this model for a couple years then went back to 36V resistor carts in 36V.

That’s a good question. I once spoke to my father in law who was a CC salesman in Michigan in the 90’s and from whom I got the cart. He said CC tried controllers on 36V cars for a couple of years in 93 & 94 then in 95 went back to resistor on 36V cars and controllers on the 48V.
