Squeaky Suspension in Cold Weather
This past weekend while in the woods, the temps fell into the low 40's and I noticed my suspension on my DS with an All Sports SS lift squeaked like an old bed mattress. In the past year, I have replaced all the bushings not associated with the lift along with the rear shocks. I have to stop this squeaking and I think it's rubber related but not 100% sure. Would a good spray down of silicone be the best start on all the rubber?

Re: Squeaky Suspension in Cold Weather
I usually spray with silicone and it helps a lot. I noticed a lot of my squeaking came from my HD leafs in the rear. A good silicone spray stopped it.

Did you spray the heim joints? Dose them good. Make sure you get the upper and lowers. I've seen them squeak before.

Re: Squeaky Suspension in Cold Weather
I did spray the heim joints with a lithium spray grease as its good for metal on metal. Of course the cart is back in a 70 degree basement and I can't get the squeaking. I'll store it one night in my unheated garage and see if I can get it to squeak.
