Way to limit revs at 4200-4400?
Hey guys, on my club car precedent I disconnected the ground wire for the Rev limiter and loosened the Governor clamp. Cart is hitting 27-28 mph! My question is is there a way to limit the revs so I don’t blow the engine? I read in the sticky that 4200-4400 is where the comfort zone stops, but mine was creeping up past that when the pedal is down. Ideally I would like to be able to just put my foot down and not have to worry about over revving

Adjust the governor to run below that.
Splitting hairs on what is “safe” there. |
