2015 Precedent EFI spark plug gap?
Anybody happen to know the plug gap for the Subaru EX40 EFI motor?
I can't find it in the owners manual. Looks like the stock plug is a NGK BPR4HS, and looking at the plug in this one it could probably stand to be a little hotter. |

Re: 2015 Precedent EFI spark plug gap?
Subaru recommends a BR6HS plug for the carbureted model EX40, and lists a 0.6-0.7mm plug gap. 023-.027”.
I imagine the plug gap should be the same on the EFI model. The 4 plug in this one is two steps hotter. That could be a Club car change to get around fouled plugs due to short drive times with start/stopping. |
