MadJax headlight relay

I have a club car DS 48 volt with what I am sure is a MadJax headlight kit. It has been 6 years ago since I put it in. The head light relay is bad causing my lights not to come on. Part # JD1912 12V 80A. 4 pin
I can not find this same part anywhere. I see 5 pin relays and I see 40A relays but not the correct 12v 80A that matches the P/N JD1912
have any of you guys replaced the relay and what part number should I get?

Typical 5 pin relays have both a normally open and a normally closed set of contacts. If you have a 4 pin, you should be able use a 5 pin and ignore the extra contact.

For a description of the pin contact numbers, do a search for DIN 72522.

yes but a 5 pin would not plug into my harness, I guess I didn't look at the harness end to see if it has a 5 pin plug

You can just break the 5th tab (87a) or get the 4 pin, lots of options on Amazon:
