2010 club car 48volts
Hi I have a 2010 clubcar and I'm get a vibrating in steering wheel so I jack up the cart I can move the tire has movement in the spindle is that normal or It shouldn't be no play?thanks

Shouldn't move. Look to see where it's moving at. My guess is rubber bushing, or wheel bearing. Bushings are more common.

If it's in the spindle, sounds like a bad kingpin bushing.

Thanks for info can you replace bushing or do you half to buy the whole spindle and when cart is Jack up the tires wiggled just tiny bit.

You need to jack cart up and place on jack stands. Remove the tire on the wiggle side and grab things and start shaking. Narrow down where the wiggle is coming from and then we can guide you further. Upload a picture with the problem area indicated.

I will take pic tomorrow at work now looks like it's in the spindle when you grab the wheel hands on top and bottom and move it side to side you feel little movement.its on driver side.

Tiny bit of movement from the king pin is normal.
Check the front Hubs for cracks around the lug studs. You might be about to lose a wheel. What's the air pressure in the tires? Also make sure the toe-in of the front wheels is set to about 1/8" in. If the toe angle is off those tires might be jumping around on pavement and causing a vibration. |

Thanks I just put new hub on driver side today it help little bit.i will check air pressure
