Lashing straps laced through tie down hooks that were attached to frame. Battery sits on standard rails

The 1850 includes battery, SOC meter, and plug adapter to replace stock charge receptacle. The 48 to 12 is built in. You do installation. It is straight forward as a roypow, or any other drop in. If you have a OBC, it must be bypassed. I all ready had a 48 12 so I just hooked that up to the 48 Positive . The built in 48 12 is not being used.

I know they had a 72 volt 200 ah version. Never saw the 48. I call Blake. He is very patient and helpful.

Klubber - wanted to see if you had any other updates on this battery pack. I'm about to order the 100ah 48v package, I spoke to Blake today and he's awesome, very patient and answered all my questions. I'm just wondering what kind of range you're getting and if you've experienced any issues with amp draw and it cutting out? I've got a 2015 RXV with 23" tires, curtis 350amp controller that was programmed and due for a replacement. Thanks for any update you can provide! I've been going back on forth on the 100ah and 150ah.

Okay. Sorry about the delay. Battery was charged to 98% on first day of my tests All cells balanced at 3.3 per BMS and total voltage standing showed 53.3. BMS shows battery at 102AH. Cart is a 2002 IQ DS. Lifted and 22 inch tires. It has a stock Motor GE with a SPeed Magnet. Controller is a Navitas 450 amp. 4g cables. I had controller toned down for top speed of 19mph for test. Test area is all paved with a few hills but relatively flat. There is one good hill and the cart climbs and reaches top speed with ease.

Acceleration is excellent. And on first day, I drove a lot. 36 miles per GPS. all cells showed 3.23 volts and 51.6 total. Soc showed 60%. The second day, the cart was driven 8 more miles for a total of 44 miles. VOltage started to drop to 47 on my dash meter when going up hills. The cart lost about 1mph of top speed. I checked the BMS and cells showed 2.95. Low voltage on these is set lower than the Leafs. I was told that is safer with the LiFeP04 battery. Full charge took about 4 and a half hours to 5 hours.

In review, not quite full charge. Cart driven 44 miles. Will do another test this week and post BMS screenshots and GPS shots.

did you purchase the sealed, non-sealed, or buy a charger separately?
