Default New wire harness and controller suggestions

I have read through dozens of threads and I am still a little confused as to my best option. I have a 2010 RXV. The local Ezgo distributor told me that either my main wire harness and/or controller needs replacing. Currently I have the Danaher unit.
There are 2 main wire harnesses that I am able to purchase.
609397 without resistor or 619257

I want to get away from the Danaher unit and go with either a Curtis or Navitas.
Can anyone tell me what controller is a plug and play for each harness type?

Thanks

I have a 2011 RXV that had a Danaher and I put a Navitas Tac2 600Amp controller in it. I didn't need a harness, so all I had to do was use the adaptor that came with the Navitas controller. I like being able to change the settings myself with the OTF and app.
However, the stock numbers that you list are not for the RXV harness. It is 631070. Here is a link to the information https://shop.txtsv.com/electric-harn...sembly-for-rxv.
Good luck!

Thanks for the reply molfpedal.
If I have to replace both the harness and the controller my question is, can I go with harness 609379 and if so what controller with match up with that. Or is that not a viable option?

I believe this is all that you need to go from a Danaher to a Curtis Controller and be Plug and Play.

1. Curtis RXV Controller 1206AC_52??
2. Curtis Main Wiring Harness #618955
3. Left controller bracket #623170
4. Right controller bracket #623213
5. Heat shield #623433
6. Resistor .86 ohm #619001
7. 10awg white wire #607707
8. 10awg white wire 400mm #624611
9. 6 Screws #73876G01
10. 2 Screws #649804
11. 2 Screws #00614G04
12. 2 Lock Washers #00565G8
13. 8 Washers #00571G2

If you have a Bearing Encoder you will also need SVC-HARNESS,SENSOR TO ENCODER #612259

The problem with the Navitas conversion is there still using the old main wiring harness.

Installed the harness and controller, cart works!!!

Thanks so much for the parts list. The only issue was the bearing encoder harness. The large end was female, the small end was male. I needed the opposite. I cut the male end of my old harness and soldered that on to the new one.
I got the controller of ebay Golfcartparts 09, the wire harness from Country Cat.com and all the other bits from TXTSV.com.

For future reference SVC-HARNESS,SENSOR TO ENCODER #612259 this isn't the right adapter needed. If I can find the right EZGO part number I will add it later.

This adapter is needed when going from a EZGO RXV Curtis Main Wiring Harness to a Bearing Encoder. When going to a speed sensor no adapter is needed.
