Not sure if it's the same buzzing your mentioning but when my cart is pushed by hand it buzzes indicating the regen brake rollaway feature is activated. Unless your talking of a different buzz sound.

Thanks. I think that's what I'm hearing as well.

Is the tow switch in tow or run when the buzzing sound occurs? If in tow it should spin pretty freely, if in run then regen breaking is taking place and the motor is acting as a generator and may actually buzz.

I can’t comment on the wheel spinning as I’m not sure about the answer.

Good point, I should have mentioned that my cart is in "run" mode when I push it and get the buzzing alert sound. I can also feel the regen braking try to stop or slow the cart when I do so.

One wheel spinning is indeed normal. That is how differentials work. Makes for better turning.

After I install the new battery, the cart is running again without shutting off, so it is either bad BMS or bad cell. haven't had time to open the battery pack to check.

It sounds like a connection issue internal to the battery. Under high load it may be moving enough to break continuity. Or like you said, BMS could be at fault.

Enjoy the new power!
