What is this cable harness, '02 workhorse
Found this wiring harness under the cup holds on a '02 Workhorse 1200. Only measured ~3Vdc across the red and black wires, no matter the key position. Any clue as to what this is used for?

Looks like the harness for the optional turn signals, check out the parts service manual in the tech section page J-5. I can't seem to copy and paste it
