Default head gasket troubles

it seems like atleast once a month i'm putting a new head gasket in. i've tried them with gasket maker, with out, everythings torqued right. I just don't understand why i keep breaking them. Its always at random times too, month or so ago it was just when i fired her up and last week it was after i had been running it for an hour, any ideas?

sounds like the head maybe warped, or the cylinder. i would check these to be sure they are flat. does it blow out in the same area each time? if it does that might show where you have a low spot.

My try next time heads off get a piece of glass tempered and put emery paper flat sand head at 45 deg angles until it shows its flat.Cheap way of machining an aluminum head.

Rusty just done it on mine to find out in fact it was not flat. Better to check before than after.
