Well, replaced pulsar...ohmed it upon arrival, 20.9...manual says like 433 to 586...Still confused about that.
Replaced and still same trouble.
Decided to look at the spark "condition again, both plugs out at the same time this time. OUCH! As one plug lay against the muffler, I got zapped a good one. Individually, both had nice spark...at first.
In the end, I'm embarrassed as all get out. Now I'm not sure what the original problem even was.
I was getting spark Outside of the plug boot because the terminal wasn't bent well enough to be tight around the plug head...sheez.
Well, in the end, my cart is alive again and that's what matters most.

Take heart ,this is called tunnel vision ,having run feild service for 30 yrs.
we get caught in assumpions ,we get involved in reasonable causes of the aliment ,before we ,and I mean me too,get ahead of the basics ,for many good reasons ,with out doing the simplest tests to prove our future moves,
and end up being the victims of the {yeah-butts} inthe end ,we are forced to recheck and hopefully have not spent too much time and MONEY be for
we have our I'LL BE Damned moment ,and solve the problem ! Glad you solved
your problem, been ,there done that ,way too many times ,Thanks for your
post ,reminds us all ,to not get ahead of ourselves ,we all need reminded !

only my best!
